Indung

So yea I call my Mum by “Indung”, it means Mother in Basa Sunda. But, she says the word comes from Kalimantan language. I don’t care. It’s awesome!

At this point of my life, I kinda need to make a decision, well a decision for work, career, passion or whatever it is you call it. Things you do to survive, earn some and be happy.

Lesson learned today? Mum knows you. She listens. She probably has all the answers to your questions. I mean, most of the things in life I learned it from my Mum. Oh come on, all the “Duuuunng!” or “Mooooommm!” should really give you valuable lessons, huh?

Maybe God speaks thru Mums, that’s why “surga itu ada ditelapak kaki ibu”. So, when in doubt, call your Mum.

Living Young, Wild, and Free

Uncategorized

Halo!

Disaat berduka kaya gue sekarang, support system sangat penting.

Gue ketemu mereka pertama kali di SBM, and we went to SBM. And yes, I remember how I met them precisely. Tahun-tahun kejayaan kita adalah tingkat satu dimana the four of us were single, not really mingle, and just wanted to have fun sebagai mahasiswa baru yang sok asik. Ok sorry.

PRATIWI SEKARWANGI

Doi paling blangsak dari kita ber-4. Auk deh kerjaannya nyetanin melulu. Tapi kalau gak ada dia kita ga akan ………. living young, and wild, and free. Ok sorry-sorry. Pertama kali gue ketemu Tiwi (dirumah dipanggilnya Sekar. I know dia sok keraton) waktu kita SERASI. Yah menurut lo aja baru kenal udah bobok berdua bentukannya gitu. Gak mungkin kita ga punya chemistry *cie gitu*.

Tapi saat-saat gue tau bahwa gue akan end up being bestfriend sama Tiwi bukan saat kita berbagi moment itu. Tapi waktu kita satu-satu disuruh cerita tentang kenapa kita masuk SBM kalau ga salah, auk ah lupa. That moment when she finished telling us, i remembered telling myself “we’re so gonna be bestfriend!” πŸ™‚

MITSALINA SHAFWAH SIHITE

(oh iya gue gendut). Anaknya looks sweet banget padahal …………. mean! Hahahahaha! Oia, otaknya mirip sama buku decision making yang ada di film Adjustment Bureau when it comes to nunjukin jalan. Buset banget tau seluk-beluk Jakarta. Mungkin dulu nya tukang taksi. Yah semua orang punya masa lalu, kita gak bisa ikut campur.

Ok. First impression gue “edabuset sok asik banget nih anak!” HAHAHAHA. Yabes, ngomong rame banget pake gelang bunyi terus kerincing-kerincing, mana benerin poni melulu, udah gitu banyak gerak, terus ngomong satu kata diselingin kata “KAYAK” dengan logat Jakarta. Oshit. Tapi in the end ……………. dengan segala kerewelan dan ke (sok) princessan dia, as days go by, i become more like her a.k.a centil dan mager. Hihihihihi. Dan akhirnya we had our first lunch together di Clemmons, dimana in the end it’s become our must-to-do everyday in our college life πŸ™‚

DELYA ANANDA

Jambo.

Ok selesai.

Ga deeeeeeennggg!

Yang ini gue bingung ceritainnya, terlalu absurd, tapi kata ‘orang’ sih makin kita susah deskripsiin seseorang, makin kita sayang sama doai (‘orang’ = gue). Drama yah anaknya, suka banget heboh kalau ketemu temen-temennya. Awalnya sih kita seneng “wuih gue berarti banget nih dihidupnya tiap ketemu gue tereak”. Lama-lama ….. whatev. Hahahaha. Anaknya jayus banget. Kita bingung kenapa dia masih hidup di jaman stand-up comedy ini.

Gue satu kelompok Business Game sama Dela waktu baru masuk SBM. Disitulah gue tau kalau dia …………………. mureeeeeee. Hahahaha. Gue jambo cuma seperempat hidup gue, dia seumur hidup jambo, jadi gue bingung kenapa gue bisa temenan sama dia. Hmmm … maybe cause we both really miss a father figure πŸ™‚

Taken at Bubba Gump, Kuta, Bali - Our Last Vacation Together

Yang paling seru adalah mereka ber3 sangat berbeda in terms of showing their love and affection. Seperti yang semua orang di timeline twitter gue tau: it’s a heartbreak warfare for me currently.

TIWI:

“Nyet nyet! Gue punya cerita lucu!”

“Nyet! Dimana? Makan yok!”

“Eh nyet, lo ga mau makan? Gue temenin yok!”

MITA:

“Halooo, udah bangun?”

“Hi, how’s life?”

“Feeling better?”

DELYA:

“Meettttttt, I always beside you!”

“Eh Jumat booze night ya!”

“β™₯marlameta”

I don’t know what I wud do without ’em around me. Seminggu ini gue udah hijrah kerumah Mita atau Tiwi just so I didn’t end up lonesome in the night. Kalau kerumah Dela jauh bok, Bekasyong. It doesn’t make me love you less kok, Del.

Thank you. Thank you for these past 3 years. Thank you. I love you guys :’)

See you tomorrow at our very first Arisan πŸ™‚

Yours,

Good evening!

Initially, I thought that this class was a total absurd class. Man, you are just obligated to make a blog and that is it. How hard is that? Well, i was wrong. This class has given me so much. It comes on Monday, and I used to hate Monday. It just doesn’t matter anymore! I have this class. Surely, I have learned some lessons.

1. Ideas and Thoughts

It is so incredible knowing there are so many ideas in the world! And some people could really make it real! Writing in a blog also has taught me to think out of the box and just spread out my ideas. It helps me a lot to even more outspoken.

2. Business Model

People sometimes confuse on how to make their ideas come true, on how to make their passion their business. By learning this business model, now I know where to start in running a business based on my passion.

3. Some Great People

Above all, i had the chance to meet some great people from this class. I may forget those lecture in class about the difference between creativity and innovation or even the business model, but I hardly forget stories or experiences shared by people. I know more about how Pak Apiq tries to sell his book rather than his method in teaching math, or how Kak Bayu always “sssh”-ing people whenever the class starts to get uproar hahaha. Especially, the stories the guest lecture gave to the class. I paid attention more when Kak Adi Panuntun shared his struggles in promoting his film in Indonesia and got rejected by the cinema. And when Pak Budi Rahardjo decided to change his attitude in criticizing people. I guess those are the real lessons.

I have so much fun! I hope I’ll still write in this blog in the future πŸ™‚

I will just copy-paste this from my previous post: If you have the chance to read this post, just wanna say big thanks to Pak Agus and Kak Bayu.

Creatively yours. xoxo.
